We have 1 room available in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with two friendly, easy-going roommates! The bedroom is a good size and the apartment has a very nice living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. This apartment is less than minutes from Tufts campus and right down the road from Teele Square with plenty of restaurants and shops just minutes away! Our street is a stop for the buses and we're just a minute walk to Davis Square and the Red Line.

We're on the second floor of a 3 story apartment with 1 parking spot per floor (Dan has a car, Rustam doesn't), but there is normally easy street parking. We have strong wifi, a dishwasher, on washer/dryer (coin op), and indoor storage space for bicycles by the front door. We have a few couches, a very nice dinner table, and a communal TV. The property manager is very responsive to , and repairs/replacements have been both timely and thorough. The driveway is in good shape, and the washer/dryer are upgraded as well. The building has very nice hardwood floors and many windows for a lot of natural light, and there is both a front and back porch.

The open room is in the back of the apartment, and it's about ' not including the closet. The room has two windows and can comfortably fit a full size bed and furniture (queen may also fit but it would be pushing it).

We pay for gas, electricity, and internet; our highest total utilities bill last winter was about $ a person, and in the summer it seems to be around $ a person, probably $ average for the year. The washer/dryer combo is $ and takes quarters. The first month will also include a $ security deposit, but there is no broker's fee. The property manager will perform a background check and ask about employment.
