Looking for one female roommate to fill one unfurnished room for rent in a shared bath townhouse in Greenwich, Move in February /month

About the roommates: We are looking for another young professional s to share the space with, and there is one dog in the house. No additional pets please!

The townhouse is four floors in total with central air throughout.

Basement: Finished basement with a futon and tv, good for storing extra stuff and used as a guest room.
Main/first floor: living room, kitchen, dining space, half bathroom, steps out to patio, laundry room off of the kitchen
Second floor: small office, two bedrooms, currently one bedroom available unfurnished (but pictured with the previous occupant’s furniture). Room has a closet, hardwood floors, and three windows that get lots of sunlight. The full bathroom is shared with one roommate on the second floor.

Plenty of street parking available and one parking space in the driveway available. Garage space for storage.

Rent includes: water, sewage, trash, and lawn care.
Tenants pay: split utilities (WiFi, electricity, and gas). First, last, and security due at signing.

Location is great for commuters to NYC or min to Stamford or White Plains area, townhouse is right on the Greenwich/Port Chester NY line, miles to Port Chester metro north, miles to Greenwich metro north, Byram park and beach miles.
