Hi, my name is Jeremy. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate as my roommate of 5 years is moving out. The room is in Dunwoody, GA with closet access to the highway, local parks, and grocery store.

The monthly rent is $ plus utilities and the room is available first of August. Utilities include electric, water, trash, internet/tv, and gas. You must be added to the lease which required a background and credit check with the apartment complex.

Room available is the master bedroom in the apartment. Spacious enough to live, work, and relax in. En suite bathroom has sink, toilet, & shower. Two closets plus a linen closet. Room is unfurnished.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished as I've lived here for 3 years. I ask that my stuff be respected and taken care of. I've worked hard for what I have and I like to keep it nice. Kitchen is fully stocked, but can make room for any of your stuff.

Most of the apartment is faux wood flooring with the bedroom being carpet. Central heat & AC. (I do like it cold).

Dogs are okay (I love dogs) but I ask they be in your room during the day/when no one is home. There is a $/month pet fee you'd be responsible for with the apartment.
