Includes a Studio rental in the back. Washer and Dryer in home, along with Nest thermostat and Smart TV in living room. All Utilities will be split in 4. Move in date available starting Aug


Practical location, centrally located mins Downtown, 1 mile from GCU. Walmart and Frys grocery store around the corner, including parks. Plenty of street parking right in front the house but includes 1 personal driveway parking.

I am the landlord and use the masters room with private bathroom. The other roommate (who you would be sharing bathroom with) works Sun - Wed, pm. Sometimes more days, sometimes coming home by midnight. We would split the utilities in the house + Studio tenant). Utilities never go over $ each.
