I’m a -year-old working professional at UCSB with a steady and a quiet, low-key lifestyle. I usually hit the gym after work and keep to myself, but I’m friendly and open to a good roommate vibe if it naturally happens—no pressure.

The apartment is mostly furnished (except for your room), with a spacious living area, hardwood floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom available is a comfortable size with carpet and a big window facing the street and greenery outside.

I value cleanliness in the shared spaces and appreciate mutual respect—nothing over the top, just dishes done and things kept tidy. I usually go out to socialize and keep the apartment quiet at night. The current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease, and you'll be signing a new lease with Meridian Group (great property managers I’ve been with a while).
