Sac/Cordova/Folsom Room w/ Bath

I'm looking for a safe and comfortable space with a private bathroom. I also need to be able to receive mail and packages at the address as I don't want to use a PO Box. I can pay via credit on a payment portal, Venmo, or Pay.Pal. Credit and background check is clean. I am clean, respectful, and introverted. I am usually home and stay in my room. I prefer a vegan or vegetarian household if possible but I am open.
