Private bedroom/bath for rent

I’m renting a private bedroom/bath in my home in Vista. It has a queen sized bed with a new mattress, a futon, an empty dresser, two bookcases, and a flatscreen TV. The attached private bath has a walk in shower. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. A second bedroom is available for rent separately. I have the third bedroom. My son and I share a small dog who is often here. There is shared access to the other rooms and bathroom in the house. My home is on a half acre lot in Vista, CA. It has a beautiful fenced in backyard and nice front yard with off-street parking. Let me know if you’d like to come see it.
