I am looking to rent out 1 bedroom ( with queen bed, office chair and tv) with a shared bathroom. I currently have one tenant in his mid ’s. I live on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. I
have 2 medium size dogs. Both animals are up to date with shots and friendly. They stay in my room while I sleep and work. I work night shift
nights a week. (I am a night owl). I have a split floor plan. You will have full access to kitchen, living room, laundry room, back patio and gym in my garage. No kids or pets please. Driveway and street parking available.. Minimum stay is four months. No maximum stay.
