Former roommate just moved back in with their parents. Will need to provide your own pillows, linens, and toiletries. Minor paint chipping on bedroom walls. Beautiful spacious property right on a golf course. Includes washer and dryer; access to fitness center and pool. Looking to sublet until mid October when the lease ends. Just a heads up, waiting for maintenance to fix sliding shower door that’s derailed.
