Private bedroom and private bathroom available in a bath apartment in brand new building. I live in the other bedroom and have the other bathroom. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area.
Apartment is fully furnished except bedroom.

It has washer dryer in unit and central heating and AC. Also has private balcony. Comes with reserved parking spaces in secure gated garage. Includes cable and internet. Electric, gas, water and maid once a month split. Located in Costa Mesa. Must co sign lease for thirteen months with me
