Hey! I’m looking for a respectful and clean female roommate to sublease a private room in my bath apartment just 5 minutes from UCI. The apartment is in a quiet, beautiful community with great amenities and easy access to campus.

You’d have your own bedroom, parking spot, and your own vanity/sink area with plenty of storage. We’ll just be sharing the shower and toilet area. Rent is $/month, and move-in is July 1, but I’m flexible if needed.

A bit about me: I’m , starting an ultrasound program in September, and I keep a steady schedule (early riser, usually in bed by ). I’m super clean, love cooking, and I’m big on boundaries and mutual respect. I also have a small -lb Maltipoo who’s very friendly, hypoallergenic, and blind (he also has one eye, lol)—he mostly sticks by my side.
