Hi! I’m a -year-old woman moving back to the DMV area. I’m respectful, tidy, and quiet, and I work hard — currently applying to jobs. I’m looking for a safe, clean, and peaceful space to rent — ideally under $/month. I’m easy to get along with and value open communication and mutual respect in shared spaces.

I’ll mostly keep to myself, but I’m friendly and appreciate a kind, calm environment. I don’t smoke and I clean up after myself. I’m flexible on location — Maryland or DC — and I have reliable transportation, so I can commute. I’m just looking for a fresh start with some stability while I get on my feet.
