Looking for a room to rent!

Hi my name is Daniel, I'm currently living in Bushwick and need to be out of my current spot by July 1st. I'm very clean and very organized. Never late on rent. I work as a photographer for this luxury rug company based in Long Island City. I spend most of my time in the house on my laptop as I'm also a graphic designer. I have company every now and then but really I'm pretty chill and just stay in my room for the most part. friendly but it is not a must to smoke in the house.
