3 Rooms for Rent

I have 3 rooms for rent. Bedroom 1 is upstairs with a full bathroom. You will share the kitchen with the owner. I also have 2 rooms downstairs with a shared kitchen and washer/dryer. The downstairs can be rented as a full 2br/bath also.
