Me and my partner are very interested in renting the place from the th of August until the end of July (meaning the academic year).
A brief introduction:

Dorothea, of Greek nationality, will be pursuing her Master’s degree in Shipping in Rotterdam.
I, Periklis, hold both Dutch and Greek passports and will be doing my Master’s at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.

We can also proceed to a prepayment of the rent if needed for a better price
