I’m looking for a respectful, clean, responsible, quiet, and hardworking individual (male or female) to rent a
private bedroom in my recently remodeled and updated apartment. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and the community washer and dryer facilities.

Please note: I have a cat, so no additional pets are allowed in the apartment.
