This is Chase and Fay. We’re a couple moving in together, so we're looking for someone to take over Chase’s lease. This is a lease transfer—we are not subletting or acting as secondary landlords. Once approved, the whole place will be yours!

This charming -bathroom studio offers a bedroom, lounge, and a separate bath/laundry area—each in its own space, giving you privacy and comfort. The place is unfurnished; however, if you don’t have your own furniture, we’re happy to offer some pieces and appliances at a fair price.
