The $ deposit is due upon verbal commitment and will go towards first month's rent unless you change your mind in which case the deposit is non refundable. I DO HAVE A CAT..The apartment is furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom. I am retired.i eat a healthy diet. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUT
