This Master sixteen by thirteen room has an ATTACHED private Bathroom + two central AC
vents and even 2 Extra window Ac’s. Brand new temper pedic Queen mattress and bed frame with storage, New bathroomSink, and new flooring. It also contains 2 large closets. I have outside dogs.

You WILL have decent privacy due to the structure of the home. Safety is priority, and you will have access to most of the common areas.

I will give you the specific location at a later time, for now check the zip code I provided. I WILL NOT SEND THE ADDRESS TO A STRANGER. I may HAVE TO MEET WITH YOU ELSEWHERE TO GET ACQUAINTED FIRST.

THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE ROOM AD, COMFORT, SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY ARE A PRIORITY, AND IT GOES BOTH WAYS.


I'm Considering the following:
-HAS PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT, and will consent to a background check for tenant purposes. (Don't contact me if you are NOT employed period!)
-Is CLEAN and will keep their areas clean, CLEAN AFTER THEMSELVES.(This is very important)
If you are NOT clean, do not have the common sense or self-discipline to do your part of cleaning common areas, then please do not consider contacting me. Here are a few Things to consider:

1. We take turns taking the kitchen trash out.
2. You clean your common areas that YOU use, if you do not use then no worries, as I have a maid that cleans the whole house.
3. You clean your Shower area once in a while. (clean soap scum, etc from the shower tile)
4. Keep dish rack and dishes put away. Keep fridge sanitary, again I have a maid, but you cannot leave food to rot and develop mold. (I have 3 refrigerators)
- Likes dogs or at least tolerate them. I have 3 outside dogs.
-Responsible who does not consume Illegal Drugs with a steady work history.
-No Drama, and have people/problems following you.
-Laid back and easy to get along with.
