I have a “red room” and a “blue room" (see pictures), both equipped with ample closet space and a private or semi-private bathroom; high-speed fiber internet, and big screen-mounted smart televisions. Both rooms are available immediately. My home is newly renovated, and everything in the house is brand-new. I am located in the most prestigious area of Frisco, Texas. The community is highly secure and safe; neighbors are nosy and look out for each other. I am a prominent community and have owned this house for years.

You will exclusively use the upstairs bathroom if no one rents the other room.

I am three minutes from Walmart, Restaurants, gyms, gas stations, the Stonebriar Mall, Dallas Tollway, and Preston Road. I am a Software Engineer and Day Trader, and I am highly responsible.
