Roommate needed in July!

I am looking to leave my beloved 1 bedroom apartment for a shared room. It must be close to downtown, we must communicate directly and it must be bipoc lgbtq+ friendly!
I will be looking for a place starting July with my ideal budget around
I am just trying to live in a positive environment, where we clean up our messes when we make them and not take each other’s food or non communal items, and save money in the process! Looking to live with a professional person going to school or working, preferably around my age and a woman. I can put first and last month’s rent forward, and I will be sure to stay on as a roomie at least until next winter!
