I’m searching for a roommate to share a brand new, gorgeous, luxury apartment in Murrieta.
At The Croft, off Clinton Keith.

Space: This is not a “just renting a room” situation. This will be our home — shared equally. You'll have full access to the entire apartment, not just your room. The available bedroom is located on one side of the apartment with a large sized bathroom.

Community: The complex is incredible — it features a state-of-the-art gym, stunning pool and jacuzzi, and the most beautiful clubhouse you’ve ever seen. Conference room, great bbq areas, pizza oven, fire pits, and excellently landscaped grounds.

Me: I am a year old, single, female, with no children. I’ll be in the master bedroom on the other side of the living space. I travel frequently — for work, family, and leisure — so you’ll have the apartment to yourselves about days per week. I have the sweetest senior doggie who travels with me everywhere.

Ideal Roommates: Females preferred, but open to the right male roommate!
Age range: years old. Must have stable full-time employment. Ideally someone like a nurse, teacher, or other professional who works daytime hours away from home. No children at this time, please. Open to a small dog (no cats, sorry!).
Note: small dogs will have an extra monthly pet rent per the apartment community rules.
You must apply, and be individually approved by the apartment management.
