Roommate Wanted for May in Northwest Cape Coral

We (M) are looking for a third roommate to join us in May in northwest Cape Coral. We’re in a -bathroom house with a den. The rent is $/month plus utilities (usually around $ per person). The room is ', and the house is about sqft. Security deposit is your portion of one month's rent.

What we are looking for:
We are both clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces, so being clean and prompt with rent is a must.
The property is rented through a management company, so reasonable credit and a stable job are required.
No smoking or illegal drugs, including marijuana.
We’re open to pets, but the roommate will be responsible for any pet fees and additional pet rent fees.
Ideally looking for someone reasonably sociable , male or female.

About us:
(M): I’m a Naval engineer, and pretty handy with fixing things if needed around the house. In my free time I'm pretty active and have a lot of hobbies: pickleball, AirSoft, boating, fishing, SCUBA diving, shooting, the gym, and anything outdoors. Occasionally i like to go out, but always up to try something new. I work regular hours during the week and usually go to bed around midnight.

(F): I work an office job, typical hours Monday-Friday and I’m currently going back to school for accounting. I spend a lot of my free time doing schoolwork, but I also like to craft, read, bake, and workout.
