It is not a walkout basement. Our house is in a beautiful neighborhood a mile away from Dry Creek Light Rail Station and Park Meadows mall. Street parking available.
Very easy going family of 3. Very quite neighborhood. We have two cats. Smoke free house. Fast gigabit fiber Internet.
