This Townhome is located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Parking is right out front, and we have walk paths all around the neighborhood for walks/jogs. Less than a mile from the neighborhood is also a run path right along the river. Perfect for a young girl, wanting a private quiet clean home. I (your roommate) am also your landlord! I’m looking for someone who keeps their spaces clean, and respects each others wants/needs. I would like someone who is kind, respectful, and very good at communicating, so living together can be a breeze and we can always be honest and live together in peace.

You will have your own room and private bathroom located upstairs with me. We have a washer and dryer hallway that separates our rooms. The privacy of sound is amazing, the roommate I have now I can hardly ever hear!

A little about me, I am a singer/songwriter, and model. So I am always in and out. No, I will not annoy you by singing, I am very respectful about quiet time! Sometimes I can be gone a week at a time, or home every night for a month, just depends on an Artists schedule!
