This is a full bathroom condo with a single car garage. The home is furnished; however, the bedroom is empty. If you are seeking a furnished room, I have furniture and can have it ready for your stay. You will have a designated parking space. A guest pass allows visitors to spend up to 9 nights overnight/month in the designated guest parking. Utilities are shared in months I am home, otherwise they are your responsibility. I am open to discussing other options. Willing to lease month to month or 6 months but preference will be given to those wanting to stay 1 year or more, who also meet the credit score criteria (+) and acceptable background check. Newer flooring and window treatments were installed. You will have full access to the gym across the street (along with free visitor passes) and local shopping is just around the corner! Unit will be available at the latest, June . It may be available as soon as May .

I will not have any other roommates. It will just be you and me. I am a single woman who is looking to share a second home with a responsible, neat and respectful female roommate. I have 3 children who all live out of state. I primarily visit my family in the Bay area. I enjoy the outdoors and have friends and family all around the bay area and Sacramento area. I don't mind short term visitors as long as they are respectful and any conflicting schedules with guests are worked out. Extended guests (more than 3 days) must be discussed and agreed upon prior to their arrival. I am sorry but I am allergic to cats, and I prefer not to have any dogs or pets in the home.
