The property is located in the beautiful master-planned Viridian community in north Arlington. About minutes from the Cowboys stadium, University of Texas at Arlington, and DFW airport.

This four years new custom built home consists of 4 bedrooms, baths, a study, and a large gourmet kitchen. My husband and I do come periodically for a few days at a time (approximately months) and we stay in the den.

You'll have your own bedroom (bedroom #3), shared bath, full use of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This is a co-living space and you'll be sharing the house with 3 other female roommates. You'll be sharing a bathroom with another roommate.
