There is a pool in the complex. Located close to downtown Sarasota and within walking distance of public transportation. Monthly rent: $/Month PLUS half of the utilities. To move in: $/Deposit + first month's rent ($ Must have a full-time job, no drugs, non-smoker, and references required. Will do background check. Minimum 3 month lease.
