Hi my name is Cody, I'm very respectful of other people's boundaries and I ask for the same in return. I believe in mutual respect above all else. I'm a moderately clean person and I eat pretty much anything though I am usually pretty healthy, you can cook whatever you want, as long as you keep the kitchen clean.
It's a very nice room, and very peaceful. It's just a $ flat fee with a $ dollar deposit. (I will put it in an envelope and keep it in a public area like the kitchen or something). Feel free to message with any questions!
