We respect other's personal space and stay to ourselves mostly. We are friendly but busy with our daily lives. 1 assigned parking spot under carport out front. Rent is $th of the month and $ deposit is requested. No exceptions only looking for 1 person to rent room. You'll have access to shared kitchen, laundry area and shared bathroom. I work swing shift and nights M-Fri. UC Davis is about minutes from here, not far the freeway entrances, Downtown Sacramento is close as well, East bound enterance close by.
