1 furnished queen bedroom available with shared bathroom, utilities included. No contract, no sec deposit.

You will be sharing the bathroom with the other female tenant. She's only comfortable sharing the space with other woman.

Maid comes once a month for bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Not bedrooms.

I have 2 cats in the house, small pets only, preferably trained/acclimated to cats.

Rules:
My cats are very well behaved for cats and their happiness and safety is my top priority and i have a tolerance policy on endangering or traumatizing them.

Keep common areas clean

maintain bathroom for guest use.

No overnight guests.

Keep the PDA off campus if you have a SO.

No crime stuff or drama brought to the house.

Smoke/vape outside only.
