The apartment offers stunning views of the park and skyline, with location just steps from LA Live, Whole Foods, Ralph’s, Starbucks, public transit, and many other restaurants and bars. The lease is month-to-month and rent-controlled, providing both flexibility and stability. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can commit to staying for at least 6 months.

About myself: I work 5 days a week and travel frequently. I’m looking for a roommate who values personal space, reliable, communicates openly, and is easygoing. I’m very quiet generally, but also would enjoy conversation! I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, I rarely drink, and I am very clean.
