Many options. Which one is a match?

Description

I never knew finding a room to rent would be so difficult. I thought the following would be enough but so far, nothing has panned out:

- I work in the Laguna Beach area so anything within ish miles would be ideal
- Middle aged male
- Stable job I have worked at for multiple years
- Have been clean and sober for 7 ½ + years
- Good credit scores
- Money in savings
- Always active and doing things including exploring the outdoors, metal detecting, networking, etc.
- No evictions
- Great references
- Can guarantee up to a grand a month max in rent every month on the date due
- Don’t smoke though I do vape which I would be happy to do outside if needed
- Don't have pets
- Don't have kids
- Can move in immediately
- College graduate and graduated Valedictorian
- I’m gay if for some reason that even matters
