Hello everyone,

I am looking for a non-smoking, nice, financially stable employeed, single male roommate. This is a newer home, just down the street from the Sacramento river. The room is upstiars on the second floor. The bedroom is furnished with the basics: bed, dresser, desk, chair, and nightstand the rest is up to you. This is a share rental, for one person only. PG&E, H2O utilities and wireless internet are shared expenses. Shared utilities expenses are approximately dollars per month, sometimes a little more, and sometimes a little less.

We are located near shopping in West Sacramento. My home is close to the interstate and highways & freeways. From our home it is four miles to the Capitol Building, miles to Sacramento City College, ten miles to Sacramento State University, and fourteen miles to UC Davis. This would be a great place for a grad-student, busy Capitol professional, or long-distance commuter.
