Hi! Looking for a new roommate, room is available March 1. Three friendly young professionals live in the house, ( girl) . Guy or girl is fine :) House is in Carytown near Can Can and Byrd Theater.

Rent would be $ including all utilities, tv, and internet. It’s a big house with plenty of space and a great kitchen / living room to cook and hangout. Room is empty but rest of the house is furnished. Lease is flexible but looking for someone who plans to stay at least a year.

House is newer and was built in sq ft 3 full bath / 4 BR, Room is upstairs (’ or so) with a good size closet. Easily fits a queen bed and desk or couch.

There are front and back porches, off-street parking, and a fenced in back yard for grilling out. Hardwood floors in the kitchen / living room, tile bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. I love dogs but unfortunately one isn't a good fit here with the hardwood floors.
