Room is furnished now but it can be unfurnished as well. (Theres also another room thats why you see photos of both two rooms) welcome to have a friend stay as well. 3months minimum to stay. There’s also unlimited parking out front in a safe lovely neighbourhood. There’s plenty of storage in the garage as well. Really nice washer and dryer houses furnished with brand new furniture pots pans everything you need no pets as well (Just 2 men live here we both room fulltime and do marketing for social media)
