Have to move back home unexpectedly and looking for a replacement ASAP!!

Lease ends mid/late July.

Looking for young () woman and/or queer person to take my spot in a bath house in Randolph off South Lombardy Street. Free street parking, minute walk to VCU campus, 5 minute bus ride on the GRTC route .

Room is ' with a small closet, fits my full sized bed, desk, and drawers well. Your bathroom has a double sink and standard shower-bath. It would be primarily shared with one roommate but another also uses shower. In-unit washer and dryer. Full kitchen with a dishwasher, one front room, and one living room.

Rent is $ per month ($ in total but we divide by room size) and utilities (energy, gas, water, and wifi) range from per person.

Looking for someone that will help keep common areas (like the kitchen and living room) clean and is okay with cats.

This unit is not suitable for anyone with cat allergies unfortunately and no additional pets. Please comment or pm if interested!
