Hello. My name is Quyen. I bought a 4 bedroom house 1 year ago and realized it is a big house for my small family (my son 8 yrs, husband and me). So, l decided to share the space with someone who is on a budget and needs a room to stay in.

My house is located in Lakeland, luxurious Waterfront Living, very safe community. Renting to only females, no couples, no pets. Private furnished bedroom available, private bathroom, tv, laundry room available, share kitchen and living rooms. Bills, internet, pool, gym, tennis, basketball, pickleball and parking included.
