Looking for fourth roommate

My friends and I, looking for a fourth roommate on th AVE S on June 1st
and we have pets if that is ok. No more pets at this time. we plan on living in a house! (me-molly, other girl-Jackie and one guy-Alexis. we're all very outgoing and love getting to know people. We are
years old) rent is $
+ electricity ⚡️⚡️→ minus personal expenses a month and ** you get your own bedroom! It's decently big too.
And laundry included.
✅✅Key points if you are interested:
1. When you apply and get accepted, you have to pay a $ security deposit fee to secure a spot in the lease.
2. When we are closer to move in date, you'd have to pay the very first months rent (June ) and then the last months rent (May ; you won't have to pay that
monthly rent again for that month) = $ hundred and thirty dollars
so it will be a little spendy for the first move in but everything will go back to normal $+electricity for monthly rent.
