Spare Bedroom/ Shared bathroom

New Albany spare bedroom apartment. The apartment is square feet. I used to work from home on contract and the contract ended and so I am wanting to rent out the office since i do not plan on working from home any more. I was prepared for the contract to end and i am receiving unemployment insurance so there’s no need to worry about rent on my end. Unfortunately it is only one bathroom.
looking for a roommate to play some sports with or go snowboarding. please let me know if you have any questions. my price isn’t firm. i just guesstimated how much utilities would be so it could be cheaper . i do vape and use zyn pouches. i do not smoke weed in the house but occasionally will eat an edible. i do not drink but do not mind if you do as long as it’s not a daily thing. also i have a cat that does not do well with other animals but she is very nice with humans. she also snores. if you like animals you’ll love her she’s very sweet and snugglyy
