I’m looking for someone to pick up my lease for my unit at The Verge, Las Cruces, which covers a private bedroom, bathroom, and closet as part of a three-bedroom unit. The lease goes until August of this year, but it will be easier to be guaranteed a spot early then if you’re already staying in one. The apartment is on the third floor of building 6, which is very close to the parking lot. The property has a swimming pool, free internet. The apartment comes fully furnished, has its own washer and dryer, and the rent covers electricity, water, and gas.
