Newly built 3bdrm townhome, looking to share with someone in this fairly new community. I stay in the master bedroom and the unfurnished spare rooms share a bathroom in the hallway, W/D. Please feel free to ask questions. Just to be clear, is rent(utilities and internet included), and deposit.

*I do have a roommate in one of the spare rooms, so if you are ok with sharing a bathroom, this could be the perfect set up for you.

**I have a queen bedroom set on order, so the spare room will be furnished, you bring your own linen.
