Room is locked and the bathroom is shared. Installed are a ceiling fan and a custom closet system. New carpeting in the past 6-monts.

The house and kitchen are fully furnished. The living room and kitchen spaces are shared. There is a washer and dryer for use in the garage. There is a nice pool that you are welcome to use.

No guests allowed, no pets allowed, and this is a single tenant space.
