Room 4 Rent!!!

We have a bedroom for rent in our 4 bedroom townhome. Choice of two bedrooms available att.The room will need a security deposit of $, plus first month’s rent to move in - total $. It is available on February . It has a closet and comes unfurnished. Rent includes garbage, electricity, and water. Internet (monthly) and common house cleaning items (quarterly) are split between the roommates.

You will share the hall bathroom, which includes a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. The living room, kitchen, office space (old dining room) and backyard are all communal spaces. There is also a bath, washer and dryer, plus storage space for all roommates to use.

We do have a roommate moving out who is taking their LR furniture, so we may have some space for yours. Feel free to discuss this with us so we can make you feel at home too.

We do have one small dog, but we’re not looking to add any additional pets at this time.

About your roommates:

One roommate is y/o and a working professional. They are always busy with art projects in and out of the house.

The other roommate is y/o and is retired military. They are currently in school and will be working on a robust garden project this year.

If you have never lived on Treasure Island, it is a wonderful serene place to live. The city is easily accessible whether or not you have your own transportation. There is hour Muni service that drops you off at the SalesForce bus terminal in SF. The bus stop is within a short walking distance of our house. There is also a ferry. If you have a car, we have carport parking, but there is plenty of free street parking, as long as you register your car with the island. There is also a grocery store, some restaurants, lots of walking paths with scenic views and a YMCA.
