I have two separate rooms looking for tenant(s) to join lease on January or February. Location is ft west of City Park, zip .

sqft including living and 2 baths. Rent would be $ or less per month per person.

First floor comes with living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage closet. Second floor comes with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and balcony. Apartment comes with its free parking lot and a never-busy laundry room one floor below.

Lease is one-year term, applicant needs to be approved by the property management in order to join lease. At the moment the apartment is somewhat furnished on the living room and one of the vacant bedrooms. Any adjustment can be considered and made to that based on your preferences. It’s possible to move in right away comfortably without having all the furnitures.

More about the location:
The apartment is only a few minutes drive from downtown. The area is peaceful with lots of greeneries. Only takes 7-minute walk to get to City Park and minutes drive to all kinda of stores near the area.

Applicants need to agree to keep shared space reasonably tidy, has a stable job or source of income and with no criminal background. Applicants with effective communication will be prioritized.
