Walking distance to supermarkets ( no frills) , LCBO, shoppers drugstore, Dollarama, convenience stores around, restaurants, bars and pubs, bakeries, coffee shops, dry cleaners, Earlscourt park, public libraries , schools, gyms, min by bus from Dufferin mall and stockyards mall.

Bedroom description
Fully furnished bedroom including :
1 double bed, double full mattress, pillows, sheet set, towels, carpet , desk table with chair , drawer dresser, hangers , lighting, TV ” with chrome cast, curtains, radiator, portable AC ( summertime ONLY) and humidifier.

Shared common spaces
Living room, kitchen, bathroom, coin laundry and small balcony at the back ( fire escape way) The apartment will be shared with a mature girl.
The apartment is fully well decorated and furnished.

Pets are not permitted! ‍⬛

All utilities are included: water, gas, hydro, high speed and unlimited internet, heater, AC and home insurance . Cleaning products are not included.
