Rental House in West Seattle

the other room in my rental house in west seattle has opened up, and I'm looking for a quality person/roommate to fill the vacancy around november (there is flexibility with when though). if this sounds interesting, please read on:

LOGISTICS
- collective rent is $ per month, so a true split would be $. new roommate does mean new lease
- the house is a classic style with the feel of old west seattle, and it's located basically between the alaska and morgan street junctions. new luck toy is right around the corner
- there are three bedrooms, but one of them is pretty small, so my former roomie paid around $ to use it as his home office. one bathroom, but it is nicely set up and sized. huge (as in the full size of the house's footprint), partially-finished basement that would be perfect for whatever indoor recreational activities. I currently use it to work out and store my art, music, and outdoors stuff. there are also small yards in the front and back of the house on the shared lot. no pets though, but I've been given the greenlight to get a fish, lol
- all appliances (including washer and dryer) plus furnace and hot water heater have been replaced in recent years
- several windows in the house were just upgraded, and the wall between the open room and the kitchen was improved
- the landlord is chill, and a good guy to talk/work with
