- Rooftop with views and a pool; there's also a sky lounge that you can use for events
- Lease can be month-to-month - $/month rent
- I've gotten some questions about this - some of the pics are of the rooftop area that you can hang out on! The unit itself is ground-level
- Centrally located in Denver – 2 blocks away from Cheesman Park and a lot of fun bars/restaurants
- A quick day trip to the mountains, Boulder, Golden, and Red Rocks.
- Access to the community rooftop pool, rooftop penthouse
- Full kitchen with appliances for those who like to cook.
- The other roommate is Jhosselyn (aged ) who works in marketing with a small dog
