Bedroom for rent. Shared bathroom

Me and my wife are renting out our spare bedroom downstairs in our townhouse. It is a shared bathroom and shared laundry. The bathroom has a his and her style sink so you will have half of that space. Unfortunately we cannot allow more pets into the home we have is the max we are allowed to have on the property. You will just need to go through the application process with the property manager to be able to move in.
