Hello, I am looking for a sublet, which runs from the beginning of January, 2025 till end of June 2025 and after that you can extend it if you want.

Move-in dates can be 1 week earlier as well.

Private room with two windows. Very spacious. With shared, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and washer and dryer.

2 other women live in the house, currently both attending university, ideal for students or professionals, only accepting women.

Apartment is close to CVS, a five minute walk to Lechmere (green line), a ten minute walk to Kendall Station (red line), an 8 minute walk to the Cambridge Side mall, an 8 minute walk to Star Market, an 8 minute walk to Twin City Plaza, a 12 minute walk to the Charles River, and there are plenty of shops and food places located around the apartment.

Apartment is also close to multiple bus stops.

Appliances in the house include: Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Gas Stove/Oven, Washer/Dryer, laundry, and Television.

-Utilities are separate
Move in Cost: First Month's Rent, last month rent, and Security deposit equal to first month rent.
